The first in the series of Community Conversations focused on the economic and policy tools that could be applied to activate aspects of the Green New Deal.

The panel featured Jonathan Marshall, a journalist and volunteer with the Citizens’ Climate Lobby; David Kunhardt, a solar developer and volunteer with the Citizen’s Climate Lobby; Cheyenne Clarke, a student activist; Claire Seda, a local climate activist and naturalist; and John Montgomery, advocate for the benefit corporations and the emergent impact economy.

The event was hosted by Bing Gong of West Marin Standing Together, moderated by Morgan Patton, Executive Director of EAC and featured inspirational music by Sky Nelson-Isaacs.
